Return and Refund Policy

At Haulmart, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple, transparent return and refund process. This policy applies to all orders placed directly through haulmart.com.au.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, confirmed by the shipping carrier. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition

  • Must include original packaging and all accessories/documentation

  • Must show no signs of wear, damage, or assembly


2. Situations Covered

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Item arrived damaged or faulty

  • Received the wrong product

  • Product never arrived (verified by shipping status)

  • Order cancellation (if product has not yet shipped)


3. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Replacement components purchased individually

  • Clearance or final sale items marked “non-returnable”


4. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  2. Include Photos (if applicable)
    For damaged or incorrect items, attach clear photographs showing the issue.

  3. Pack & Ship
    Securely pack the item in original packaging with all contents.
    Use the prepaid return label included in your shipment. Drop off at any approved shipping carrier.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return

  • Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider


6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours

  • After Shipping: Cancellation is not possible. Please initiate a return once the item arrives


8. Warranty Information

Haulmart provides a 1-year warranty on all products for issues related to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during shipping

  • Faulty components under normal use

Excludes:

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Commercial use

  • Alterations or modifications

  • Damage from cleaning products or pets

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
