At Haulmart, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple, transparent return and refund process. This policy applies to all orders placed directly through haulmart.com.au.
You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, confirmed by the shipping carrier. To be eligible:
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition
Must include original packaging and all accessories/documentation
Must show no signs of wear, damage, or assembly
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Change of mind
Item arrived damaged or faulty
Received the wrong product
Product never arrived (verified by shipping status)
Order cancellation (if product has not yet shipped)
Some products cannot be returned:
Custom-made or personalized items
Replacement components purchased individually
Clearance or final sale items marked “non-returnable”

Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item in original packaging with all contents.
Use the prepaid return label included in your shipment. Drop off at any approved shipping carrier.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method
Issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours
After Shipping: Cancellation is not possible. Please initiate a return once the item arrives
Haulmart provides a 1-year warranty on all products for issues related to:
Manufacturing defects
Damage during shipping
Faulty components under normal use
Excludes:
Misuse or negligence
Commercial use
Alterations or modifications
Damage from cleaning products or pets
Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
